SEH French worked alongside design and property consultants Concertus to construct a new headquarters and warehouse for BaseTek in East Ipswich.

The 22,604 square foot facility includes office spaces, meeting rooms, wet rooms and a board room designed to look like a shipping container. The steel frame building also features curtain walling for natural light intake. The external works design provided car parking spaces using permeable paving and a yard area to accommodate HGVs.

SEH French also created a sustainable surface water drainage system in the form of an infiltration basin.
