Contract wins and construction progress

We are currently undertaking the following projects:

Natures Menu, Snetterton

This project sees the construction of a new 129,000 sq ft purpose built facility manufacturing, production and office facility for Natures Menu.

Birketts office, Princes Street

This substantial project involves the construction of a prestigious new four and five-storey, 55,000 sq ft office in Princes Street, Ipswich.

The project, which will take a total of 64 weeks to complete, involves the demolition of the existing Riley’s pool hall, to construct a new 4 and 5 storey office development with a combination of brick façade, curtain walling and glazed finishes, incorporating a open plan office on each floor.

We’re working closely with our client, Churchmanor Estates Co. PLC and Cambridge based Architect Barbara Casanova Ruffles on the project.
