SEH French completes Princes Street office development

SEH French recently completed the construction of a brand new four and five storey, 55,000 sq ft office in Princes Street, Ipswich.

The building, which has been commissioned by one of the UK’s top 100 law firms Birketts, will provide accommodation for up to 250 of its staff once complete.

The project involved the demolition of the existing Riley’s Pool Hall, and subsequent construction of the new development with a combination of brick façade, curtain walling and glazed finishes, incorporating an open plan office on each floor.
