Fantastic first year for SEH French Building

Last year, we launched our sister company SEH French Building to undertake small-to-medium-sized building projects from £20 – £400,000 in value.

Headed up by Managing Director John Ault, the company has had a brilliant first year working on a range of projects for both local authorities and private clients.

Example projects include: The transformation of an existing gym in to a new child care facility for pre-school aged children at the YMCA in Ipswich; Extensions and alterations to Piper’s Vale Gymnastics Club in Ipswich, to provide an enlarged reception area and additional changing facilities; And a cottage refurbishment at the Tide Mill in Woodbridge for a private client, which included the installation of a new electrical and heating system, and bespoke joinery.

John said: “We knew there was a gap in the market for professionally managed small-to-medium sized building projects, and we’ve had a really promising first year, working for a range of different clients in both the commercial and domestic sectors.”
