Hollesley Affordable Housing

In January 2019, SEH French commenced the first phase of an affordable housing project in Hollesley, Suffolk, for our sister company SEH Developments.

Working alongside architects Patrick Allen & Associates and structural engineers G C Robertson & Associates, we have constructed an array of affordable houses and bungalows with rural-inspired exteriors and functional interiors perfect for adapting to family life.

With windows and doors provided by SEH BAC and asphalting works to drives and roads carried out by SEH Asphalt. The One Group Construction family were delighted play a huge role in delivering this vital project for the Hollesley community. The five affordable homes built during this project were all purchased by local residents from surrounding villages.
