Employees are made aware of and must comply with their individual and collective responsibilities, and have a clear duty to act in a safety conscious manner at all times. Employees are given information, instruction, training and the supervision necessary for managing their health and safety, and must take reasonable precautions to avoid injury to themselves and others.
