At SEH French, we recognise the importance of and fully support the Governments key objective of reducing capital cost and the carbon burden from the construction and operation of the built environment by 20%. We understand that central to this is the adoption of information rich Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies, process and collaborative behaviours.

SEH French utilised the NFB BIM action learning and BIM champion programmes to embark on the development of a strategic training plan for employees specifically for BIM, to increase the organisations’ and individuals awareness of BIM, establish the requirements involved and improve the knowledge and understanding of BIM, with a view of implementing BIM.

SEH French understands BIM encourages collaborative working amongst stakeholders and enables us to produce and work with good quality information throughout all phases of a building project. Allowing the formation and delivery of accurate and current information in a concise structured manner which enables the opportunity to gain efficiencies

We are currently embedding BIM Level 2 across the organization to maximize efficiencies and benefits whilst increasing in house expertise to work towards Digitally Built Britain. We are and will continue to develop our BIM capabilities to:
